Make a trip to ancient Siam at Phahurat, and be educated about how Bangkok looked like a century ago. Take a coffee break at one of the numerous Starbucks outlets or enjoy the highest quality of freshly made fruit juice at Tokyu, positioned in the huge MBK building. Strawberry, blueberry, cranberry or raspberry juice, once you’ve tasted one you may want to try each flavour.

Vegetarians should head to the Bang Lamphoo district where they’ll find one of the finest restaurants. Sam Sen serves reasonably priced Thai vegetarian cooking at its finest.
