The River Show Suites

The River Show Suites Raimon Land’s latest luxury condominium development - The River - presents its onsite show suites in an elegant ‘box’ located across the Oriental Hotel on the other bank of the Chao Phraya River. It is a bold modern structure standing out from the surrounding landscape. A spacious open deck leads the way to a pier from which residents would hop on the river ferry boat for a highly civilised ride to the Oriental Hotel and Saphan Taksin BTS station.

This ferry boat is scheduled for its maiden journey on the first of December. The deck opens up to a circular bar, half of which stands behind a row of glass windows and features a siren red super sexy espresso machine that will be worthy of every barista’s attention. The centrepiece of this floor is a curved staircase leading to the next floor. On the second floor, floor-to-ceiling windows line the length of the structure, showcasing a beautiful urban and river view. Open ceilings create a loft-like space, with the curved staircase leading to the upper floors. Spread over the next two floors, The River show suites are exact replicas of the development’s four core unit types - the 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, 3-bedroom, and Duplex. Tastefully decorated, with panoramas of river views presented on the suites’ walls, we are able to imagine what living and lifestyle will be once the project is complete.

Raimon Land celebrated the show suites’ soft opening with a gala dinner for a hundred selected guests. The show suites were the venue of a gracious evening distinguished by well-coordinated event planning, delicious food and wine, as well as discreet impeccable service. Guests were presented with Mikimoto pens at the end of the night as a token of Raimon Land’s appreciation for their attnedance. The event was co-hosted by Coutts - England’s leading private bank. On Loy Kratong, Thailand’s festival of Lights, The River will be launched.
